Overview
Membership Administrator required by an international membership organisation based in the City of London. Provide support and assistance to branches, provide on and off site administrative support for events, update website with event listings, assist with membership tasks - engagement with potential, existing members, committees and other stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Head of Membership – providing support and assistance with membership administration, the preparation of reports, membership services.
Uploading events calendar on to the website, mailshots and newsletters (experience using editing software e.g., Canva, Mailchimp and event platforms e.g., Eventbrite
As Membership Administrator you will also provide a high standard of customer care, responding to written and telephone enquiries, managing inboxes, giving advice on eligibility for all classes of membership. This includes providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the webinars.
Your skills
- Excellent communication – high standard of written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated person with a positive and organised approach to work and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capable of taking instruction coupled with ability to identify opportunities to add value.
- Excellent attention to detail – accuracy is a high priority
- IT competent Microsoft 365 applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSTeams, and Outlook et
- Experience with email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp), image editing software (e.g., Canva) and event platforms (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Ability to prioritise work ensuring deadlines are met
