What will be the responsibilities in this role?

This is a true consultancy role where you will be client facing. This role will include:

  • Providing generalist HR support to clients
  • Proving clients with support, training and advice with regards to their people practice
  • Travel to meet with clients
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, handbooks for client
  • Deliver to timescale
  • Design, create, deliver, training, workshops, coaching – using a blended learning approach
  • Attend Hr and L&D events
  • Employment audits
  • Lead / support process development
  • Produce reports for your clients

What experience do you need?

  • CIPD Qualified (minimum level 5)
  • A blend of both HR and L&D
  • Proven experience of working within a consultancy based environment
  • Employee relations experience
  • Report writing skills
  • Experience of using systems both HR systems and LMS (e.g.Articulate, Rise, Vyond etc)
  • Experience of leading and supporting projects
  • Exceptional levels of customer service
