We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals with some sales experience to join our team as Sales executives for an exciting project at Manchester Arndale.
This opportunity is a 5-day project, from 27th - 31st July, between 10 AM and 6 PM.
As a sales executive, you will play a vital role in engaging passersby and inviting them to participate in a fun competition.
You will be paid a day rate and also incentivised with a commission structure based on engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with members of the public at the location
- Encourage participation in the competition by explaining the process and benefits.
- Film participants in an A pose for a maximum of 5 minutes using a mobile phone provided.
- Work collaboratively with a team of two other Sales executives to maximise participation rates.
- Ensure the smooth recruitment of participants and maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere.
We are also looking for a Lead Sales / project manager which will include:
- Keeping track of number of participants throughout the day
- Coordinating roles for the sales executives on site with you
- Devising break schedules
- Keeping levels of engagement and enthusiasm up within the team
- Trialling new techniques to draw in more participants
(the lead PM must be available for the full 5 days)
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales-type strategies to effectively interact with the public is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Availability for the full 5-day period, from 27th-31st July, between 10 AM and 6 PM. (If you can not do all of the dates please state which you can do in your pitch.)
We will require you to attend an online call with the Twine team on Thursday 26th July to discuss the project and provide some training.
There is an opportunity for 2 more 5 day projects in the coming weeks if we feel you are a good fit.
