Cocktail Bar staff required for beautifully refurbished two rosette awarded hotel, restaurant and cocktail bar in Buckden near St. Neots
The cocktail bar is an intrinsic part of the guest experience with a stunning décor, fun & inventive cocktail and drinks menu and well thought out wine list. The atmosphere is laid-back sophistication during the day and a vibrant buzz in the evenings.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for friendly, well presented and attentive individuals who wish to join the team bringing life to this stunning venue. You will be excited to work with fresh ingredients, and to create drinks and cocktails with raw ingredients
The bar is busy all day and so you will be trained to serve everything from coffee to cocktails and wine with passion and personality, and you will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creativity.
Previous bar experience in a fast-paced environment will be valued but so will a passion for customer service and an understanding of high-end service.
Opportunities will be promoted for personal development and progression.
