The Success Academy Human Capital Shared Services (HCSS) Team is seeking a results-driven HCSS Associate! This is a great opportunity to work across all human capital disciplines and deepen your knowledge and understanding of the function. This position faces off with our employees in the schools and network office supporting them through the entire career journey. The ideal candidate has a passion for a long term career in HR and is eager to learn all components of the function.
Key responsibilities include:
Support all key employee lifecycle processes such as pre-screening, onboarding, internal mobility, compensation changes, and terminations
Ownership of employee data and processes in Workday HCM
Host new hire orientation on a weekly basis
Delivery of annual placement and compensation processes
Provide excellent customer service to our 3,000 employees responding to their human capital related inquiries including policy interpretations, self service support and conflict resolution
Knowledge Management – own the employee facing self service content in addition to the internal process and policy documentation
Continuous Process Improvement – Uses data from all Service Management activities to identify performance strengths, weaknesses, correlations and trends that reveal opportunities for improvement in terms of technology, procedures and policies. Through data driven decision-making, identify opportunities to continually enhance service delivery and align processes to current and future business needs.
Operate with extreme discretion and maintain sensitivity to confidential data
A successful applicant will have the following experiences and characteristics:
A passion for customer service
Are organized and have strong project management skills that will help him/her to keep track of upcoming, ongoing, and past work product;
He/she understands shifting priorities, is comfortable navigating through ambiguous situations, and can juggle multiple and varied projects simultaneously;
Are proactive, solutions-oriented, and ambitious; Ability to solve a problem seeking its root cause rather than surface level solutions.
He/she possesses an insatiable desire for answers and will proactively seek out opportunities to enhance our practice;
Can build strong relationships grounded in trust and consistently advise on practices that are of sound moral/ethical judgment;
Communicate effectively, gearing messaging towards the target audience and employing strong negotiation and buy-in skills as needed.
He She treats all data and information with highest levels of confidentiality and integrity
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
Ability to analyze data including spreadsheets skills and familiarity excel
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Compensation:
