What you’ll do:
- Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production team
- Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods
- Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts
- Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & develop
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
- Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
- Experience in hands on cooking including
- Experience in menu planning and production
- Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

- €11.00 per hour + Sodexo Benefits.
- 15 to 35 hours per week (to included alternate weekends or permanent weekend if required)
