Job description
Main Duties:
· Over 18's only to apply due to legislation
. We need mid week am availibility also, this role will not be suitable for full time students.
. Always provide service excellence to our customers.
· Merchandising.
· Ensuring that all products scan at the tills.
· Checkout duties.
· HACCP Duties.
· General housekeeping duties.
· Assisting in all areas of the store when needed.
Requirements:
· Previous experience working as a Sales Assistant in a busy grocery retail environment would be desirable but is not essential as full training can be given.
· Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
· Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help where required in all areas of the store.
· Must have excellent customer service skills.
· Excellent communications skills.
· Excellent people skills.
· Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
· Must be available for midweek day shifts, early starts, late finishes and weekends.
