About the Job role:
- Be the first point of contact for new patient inquiries.
- Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer and arrange their appointments.
- Create a pleasant patient journey for each client.
- Public relations and patient management.
- Marketing, advertising, and recalling.
- Health and safety.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Dental practice as a treatment coordinator or Practice manager or Dental Nurse.
- Previous experience in a sales-based customer-focused industry
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Incentivised by hitting key targets.
- Proven sales track record in developing new businesses.
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail.
- Motivated to be successful.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency
Job Responsibility:
- Arrange a meeting with new patients away from a surgical environment and discuss their treatment options.
- Discuss financial options with the patients.
- Exp with marketing and advertising
- Host open evenings and be available to discuss treatments with current and potential clients.
- To be able to interview and record interviews with the clients.
- To ask for testimonials
- To produce financial information to include KPIs in the time scale defined. Also, to present financial data at regular meetings with the partners.
- Ensure that receipts are always given for both NHS and private work, and that accurate records are drawn up to show monies received.
- Carry out full reception duties as and when required.
Public Relations and Patient Management
- To assist in surgery or on reception when emergency cover is required.
- Evaluate opportunities for local marketing initiatives by monitoring the source of new patients and comments of existing patients.
- Ensure that internal marketing standards are maintained.
- Monitor patient feedback using questionnaires provided at prescribed intervals.
- Handle patient’s complaints from initial complaint through to resolution. Liaise with other members of the team as necessary.
- Ensure that patient records are accurate and current.
- Ensure that patient accounts are settled in accordance with prescribed procedures and time scales.
- Experience with intra-oral scanning preferred but not essential.
