Roche Home care are looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to join our fantastic teams of Home Carers

Hours: Full Time – Half office hours (Leeds) & half Care hours

Salary: £11.30

Car Owner/Driver - Milage paid (payment from start to finish of shift)

Care Areas covered: Birkenshaw, Birstall, Gomersal, Heckmondwike, Cleckheaton, Hightown, Scholes, Liversedge, Dewsbury and Shawcross +

We provide a range of care and support services for our tenants living in the Community. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own

Working as part of a team and often alongside colleagues in health, for example, nurses and occupational therapists, you will provide management support to people who use our service

Diploma level 3/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this.

Ability to provide person centred care that empowers and enables individuals to remain independent.

Honesty and Integrity, Good observational skills, An ability to remain calm in a crisis.

Punctuality and good attendance record.

Satisfactory DBS disclosure and check against the Independent safeguarding authority list.

Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Able to work on call on a rota base
