About the role:

With continued growth we are looking for Fulfilment Operatives to join our team at Pet Drugs Online on a part time basis. The primary focus of this role is to ensure all orders have been picked accurately and packed in a timely manner.

This role will be working 5 days out of 7 and will include weekend working.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for picking and packing allocated orders accurately as per company standards.
To carefully dispense prescribed medications when requested to (training provided).
Ensuring all packed orders are always placed in the correct areas.
Ensure accuracy in process to minimize Right First Time (RFT) failures.
To undertake any other duties from time to time to support the department.
Compliance with Health & Safety requirements at all times and reporting any potential instances.

What are we looking for?

Experience within a pick and pack environment
Good written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrates customer first’ attitude
Well-organised and a self-starter
Able to apply a level of ‘common sense’ to situations and arising issues
Attention to detail
Flexible approach and able to multi-task, establishing priorities and delivering against them
Able to work well in a team and independently
