Location: Homebased – Nationwide (can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Permanent)
Salary: £39,600 per annum depending on skills and experience + £750 per annum homeworking allowance + £3,777 per annum London Weighting (if living in a London borough)
This is a homeworking role but some travelling may be required for face to face meetings.

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager who will be integral to TACT achieving our goals and projects being delivered successfully. The successful candidate will be a champion of project management within TACT and will put profesisonal project management in place at TACT.
As a Project Manager with TACT's Innovation Office you will be a part of our amazing team of professionals working with our organisational values at the heart of their everyday practice. You can review our values here.
Whilst being homebased, the Project Manager will be required to travel occasionally for team meetings, training and other in person events.
The main role requirements for this role include:
- An industry standard Project Management qualification e.g., Prince2, PMBOK, Agile Methodologies.
- At least five years’ experience of working as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrable experience of Project Management delivery in a non-Technology environment
- Experiences of running projects with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience of writing project reports for Executive level review
- Understands the purpose of projects and the environment in which they are undertaken.
- Capability in appropriate design and mobilisation of Project management in similar environments to TACT.
- Practical expertise in preparing and using project prioritisation approaches in environments comparable to TACT.
- Ability to introduce project management into a team and clearly define roles on projects.
