This post is for the Apprenticeship Programme Facilitator for the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship. The successful candidates will focus on this apprenticeship programme but also support the facilitation for additional apprenticeship programmes and opportunities.
The postholder will support the Apprenticeship team in coordinating and delivering effective apprenticeship training curriculum, and liaising with the Business Units as appropriate with regard to programme recruitment and delivery.
They will also utilise a range of robust systems and processes that support both Apprenticeship Team and Organisational Development, delivering upon key objectives and outcomes as required on a Trustwide basis. Along with upholding professional and regulatory standards relating to apprenticeship delivery.
This team member will contribute to the creation, agreement and delivery of the Apprenticeship Delivery Plan and also the Human Resources/Organisational Development Strategy and Action Plan; by providing a high quality service to ensure the organisation meets a range of key performance indicators relating to the Apprenticeship team.
