Exciting opportunity for an experienced FOH memeber to join a cafe/bar in Ancoats!
Mule is a beautifully designed cafe/bar in the heart of Ancoats, serving coffee and brunch by day and then turning into LUCKY Ramen & Sushi at night. It has a welcoming, relaxed style, with a heavy focus on friendly and engaging customer service.
As part of a small FOH team, you will play a key role across all aspects, including serving customers & table service as well as making drinks at a high standard. You should also be able to maintain an organised and tidy work area at all times.
What are we looking for in our team members?
- Mixology, including all classic cocktails and ability to quickly pick up house specs
- Barista experience
- People with a natural ability to talk to anyone
- Ability to multitask, serving customers and assisting the kitchen
- Full time and Part time positions available
