Full Time Posted 2 hours ago TSR Legal Up to £55,000 (DOE) Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, this could be the ideal role for you.Maid Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team and provide dispute-resolution expertise in a variety of areas. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: – A law degree and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar role – Excellent knowledge of relevant areas of law, such as property law, employment law, law, and data protection – Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with the ability to assess legal risks and advise on potential outcomes – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations – A proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently and as part of a team – Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously – Ability to work to tight deadlines The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a range of legal matters, including property disputes, ual disputes, employment problems, debt and bankruptcy issues, and privacy and data protection issues. They will be expected to assess legal risks and advise on potential outcomes, draft legal documents and represent clients in proceedings where appropriate.
