Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator

Posts: 1 x Permanent and 1 x Fixed term until 30 September 2023

Salary: SCP 18-23 (£22,681 - £25,869) pro rata per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Falkirk Supported Living Service

What we are looking for:

• As part of a wider care organisation, you should have, or be willing to work towards, an SSSC recognised qualification such as SVQ2 Health and Social Care.
• Wheatley Care will support you to achieve any relevant qualifications you will require within an agreed timescale. Your commitment to gaining the necessary qualifications would be essential.
• You will be required to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme, and we can also support you with this application.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
