We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our travel retail team based in Milton Keynes, UK for 37.5 hours a week. Travel retail is brand new to our UK business, we are forming a new team with some internal promotions and are looking for a talented sales administrator to complete the team.
Work life balance is important to us here at Fossil, with this role you will be able to take advantage of our agile working policy, our core hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm beyond this you can work your hours to suit you. We have just moved into a brand new office in the heart of Milton Keynes next to centre:MK and our global working policy is working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Make An Impact
Being part of the travel retail team you will make your impact by delivering a radical experience to our retailers who's stores are based in airports and cruise liners across EMEA. The role is a mix of order management, supporting our internal sales teams and key account retailers' store teams.
- Processing and following through with key account orders
- Providing an added value service to our key accounts providing updates on orders, deliveries, stock levels and reporting
- Be proactive in contacting your retailers to provide any support they may need, including training on how to place orders with our B2B website, providing any needed collateral/fixtures and making suggestions based on their budgets
- Helping to manage sales promotions in our systems
- Handling customer data
- Manage the return process with our warehouse as well as managing credit and debit note processing with our internal shared service center
- Conducts analysis on SAP to support our internal sales teams (blocked and back/open orders, etc)

- Someone who has a “can do” positive approach who can adapt to change and is passionate about delivering a radical customer experience to our wholesale customers and employees.
- You are an excellent communicator verbally and written, are able to quickly create strong relationships and build trust with customers
- Able to understand and act on sales reports
- Proven commercial skills within a previous role
- A intermediate level of Excel skills with a drive to learn
- Experience using Salesforce and SAP is desirable
