We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Front Of House Team Member to join our friendly team here at The Bistro at Dunston Hall.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional experience to our guests. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring that the Bistro is clean and tidy. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
