Culina Logistics is looking for motivated individuals to build a career within the chilled distribution industry. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd party Logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.
We are now recruiting for Multi Skilled Warehouse Operatives to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Bristol paying up to £14.63 per hour.
What You’ll Do
Working in a fast paced environment, our multi skilled operatives are responsible for operating a reach FLT, replenishing empty picking locations, putting away of incoming customer stock, pallet relocation, picking and marshalling of packaged chilled products and the loading and unloading of pallets on to vehicle trailers.
As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern. For this role, our shift pattern would cover both days and nights on a rotational basis;
- Permanent Nights, 7.00pm to 7.00am Hourly Rate of £14.63 - £30,430.40 per annum
- Rotating Days and Nights, 7.00am to 7.00pm / 7.00pm to 7.00am Hourly Rate of £14.27- £29,681.60 per annum
- Permanent Days, 7.00am to 7.00am Hourly Rate of £13.78 - £28,662.40 per annum
What You’ll Need
A valid Reach FLT licence or proof of previous experience is needed to be considered.
Previous experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment.
We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail, who want to build a career in logistics. Our roles are based in a busy distribution centre, so colleagues will be constantly active throughout their working shift.
