A fantastic role for a Cocktail Bar Waitress or Waiter has become available to work for a neighbourhood cocktail bar & club. Cocktail Embassy is located in Crystal Palace, South London, the venue has two floors, serves a range of bespoke cocktails, and renown itself as a perfect destination to party on weekends and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere on weekdays.
We are open 7 days a week with the club open every Friday and Saturday until 3am, where our DJ plays some of the finest soulful house and disco, party classics and smartest RnB. Combining this with our ground floor lounge bar, where the atmosphere is much more relaxed, gives us the opportunity to cater to two different worlds in one venue.
Responsibilities - Waitress/er
As the Waitress/er, you will be responsible for the meeting and greeting of the guests, working with the reservation system to sit guests down based on either their bookings or walk in status. Providing table service, suggesting drinks and explaining the menu to guests, taking their orders and delivering orders to their tables. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness on the floor and attaining to guests needs at all times. This would be an ideal position for someone with great passion for drinks, cocktails and the industry in general.

- 20/25 hours a week shift work - ideal for someone looking for evening work, the majority of all shifts start at 5-7pm Friday and Saturday and finish around 4am, some additional shifts are available Thu & Sun.

Profile - Waitress/er
- Excellent personality
- Good spoken English
- Customer service experience preferably gained in a busy bar / nightclub / restaurant environment
- An understanding of drinks and spirits
- Punctuality

Salary: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
