Our Receptionists are here to help our colleagues at Holborn office turn customers into fans. They ensure all visitors, customers and clients that visit or call are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. They always try to surprise and delight guests and colleagues daily!
So what would you be doing?...
Providing support and guidance to colleagues for workplace services and meeting room and desk booking- Controlling and overseeing meeting rooms across Amaze Central and Hub locations
- Supporting guests, colleagues, and contractors with their needs
- Liaising with the wider office team regarding suppliers visits, deliveries and collections from the loading bay, post and couriers
- Ordering and taking delivery of stationary and keeping the stationary room clean and tidy
- Booking and logging couriers
- Making sure meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times
- Liaising with the Events Department and People Team to ensure a smooth end to end meeting experience for guests and colleagues
- Management of the security pass requests and reports
- Providing cover for the wider office team as and when required

Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders- You will have previous experience as Receptionist, Personal Assistant or similar
- In order to be amazing in this role, you will have great attention to detail and ability to efficiently prioritise tasks and multitask
- You need to excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Naturally, you will have excellent problem solving and management skills
- We need you to have experience using Microsoft Office, phone systems, copiers and printers
