The Role
The Cunard Partnership Executive will support the Partnership Business Manager team for a defined portfolio of travel agent partners, focused on optimising business performance through the development of partnership engagement and partnership business plans.
- Respond to travel agent queries and escalations
- Work with the Business managers to implementation the business plans; including trading calls , weekly performance updates, face to face business reviews where necessary and quarterly / annual strategic reviews
- Support with sign off of travel agent marketing activity and its effectiveness
- Support delivery of revenue of tactical business priorities through our key travel agent partners
- Build relationships with appropriate contacts within travel agent partners; ensuring Cunard share of voice is maximised within key partners
- Co-ordinate and distribute key brand update communications to agent partners
- Manage budgets through effective management of the purchase order process, and assisting with analysis and reporting of figures
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time, permanent with at least two days based in our Southampton office.
