Do you have experience in Goods in / out and looking for a new role?

Blink are recruiting for experienced Goods in / out operative for a very established Electronic manufacturing service provider. The company has operations in Finland, Estonia, India, Slovakia, UK, Hong Kong and employs approximately 1,300 people.

What you'll be doing:

  • To ensure that high end electronic products are ready for delivery.
  • To check and prepare products ready for dispatch.
  • To wrap products using various protection methods ready for delivery via transport partners direct to the customers.
  • To support in the processing of goods in and goods out.
  • To load products onto pallets.
  • To receive materials – checking incoming documentation accompanying raw materials and goods against purchase orders for accuracy (including delivery notes, material certificates, etc.)
  • To arrange delivery and collection of goods to suppliers and customers using same day or overnight couriers.
  • To pack goods ready for shipping.
  • To liaise with Customer Account Managers and Purchasers, if required, to help resolve any paperwork queries.
  • To assist, when required, with the physical movement of stock from the Goods Inwards and stock areas to other departments.
  • To book finished goods / materials into and out of the in-house scanning system.
  • To ensure the Goods In and Out areas are safe, organised and tidy at all times.
  • To perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and stores management systems
