Multi-Skilled Machine Operative - Permanent - Haydock (REQUIRES UK WIDE TRAVEL) - £30,000 - £32,000
My client is a very well-established and successful manufacturing organisation with a worldwide reach. They have a brilliant name within their field and are growing from strength to strength.
Due to an increase in workload they are looking to recruit 2 x Multi-Skilled Machine Operatives on a permanent basis. This role will be centred at the Haydock office - but UK wide travel will be expected (all expenses paid etc.)
Key duties of this role will include:
- Operating machinery and manufacturing company products in accordance with local regulations/site requirements etc.
- Maintain liaison with external and internal customers
- Set and operate rolling machinery - following safety and quality output standards
- Assemble and load specific equipment
- Supervise contract labour when required
In order to be considered for this role you MUST:
- Be fully trained and experinced in operation of all machinery and equipment
- Have a Counter Balance Fork Life truck license
- Be aware of Health and Safety procedures
- Have the ability to read engineering drawings
- Have CPCS card - either Red or Blue
Please note that, if you don't meet the above requirements, you will not be considered for this role.
This role as a standard is Monday - Friday - but will include some weekend working, if so - you will receive time off during the week in lieu.
