Salary: £30,151 - £32,020 (£26,166 - £27,788 pro rata)

The Wells Academy are looking for Heads of Year (non-teaching) to join them on their transformational journey to Greatness. As part of the Academy’s pastoral team you will join a team who are playing a key part in improving the outcomes and life chances of the students within the Academy. The Head of Year will play a key role in leading their year group and ensuring that they receive the very best education and pastoral care.
Working as part of the Greenwood Academies Trust MAT you will be fully supported to develop and ensure our students display impeccable conduct, attitudes and are ready to be successful in their school life and beyond.
