We are partnering with a leading provider of network and connectivity solutions to businesses who are looking for a Network Help-desk Analyst to join their ever growing team. This is a full-time opportunity based on-site in Solihull.
You'll have the freedom to work from home, on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern! This is also a night shift position.
Day to day responsibilities
- Responding to tickets raised by telephone mail or via Service Now (on average ten tickets per night)
- Filter faults by severity to determine next point of action
- Create handovers information for days shift engineers
- Update the system (Service Now)
Requirements
- Basic understanding/knowledge of networks
- IT literate
- Keenness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and numeracy skills
