THE ROLE*
As a Bartender,in Nobu Restaurant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar. Your tasks as Bartender will include but will not be limited to:
- Interact with guests, present menus, take orders and make recommendations and serve snacks and drinks
- Make sure the bar is set up and closed down accurately and on time; cleaned, restocked, garnishes and all mise en place prepared and ready on time.
- To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the bar menu, including the beer, wine, sake and cocktail list.
- To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-year experience in a bartender role in a luxury environment
