THE ROLE*
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Alongside our FB Management you will assist with the smooth operational running of the bar.
- Have a good understanding of targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve the
- Be forward thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practice.
- Manage and provide direction to all employees on the floor and behind the bar during shifts.
- To assist with and input into the drink’s menu creation; ensuring the offering is always relevant and innovative.
- To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards to exceed guest expectations.
- To support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Head Bar Tender
- Must have great experience in creating and making cocktails
