An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NHS Grampian eRostering Team to support the implementation of eRostering.
The focus of this role will be the provision of admin and system based support to team members as they implement eRostering to services across NHS Grampian.
Candidates should have excellent people and communication skills, be enthusiastic and motivated and able to interact with staff at all levels. The postholder will be working in a small but supportive and dynamic team and must be committed to the delivery of excellence.
IT and system skills are essential as update of the HealthRoster system will be a key component of the role. Attention to detail is an important element of the role. The postholder will also be required to use Excel, MS Teams and other systems pertinent to the work of the team, this must be coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and pro-actively with all users and stakeholders. Excellent diary management skills are also essential.
The postholder will be based at Westholme, Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen. Team members are currently working from home so the opportunity is available to participate in a hybrid working model of part office/part home working. Depending on service needs, the postholder will be required to undertake duties at various sites across NHS Grampian and hence the ability to travel across sites is essential.
