Pure Leisure Group is an established family business which has for many years now been a market leader in leisure and holidays in the U.K. The Company owns and operates holiday parks throughout the North West, Wales, Yorkshire, Northamptonshire and East Anglia.
We are looking for a Warden/Maintenance person to join our team at Cockerham Sands Holiday Park.
This role may also be suitable for a warden couple
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, practical person with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative. You will display competency over a wide range of disciplines whilst demonstrating a flexible attitude and ‘hands on’ approach.
The Maintenance / Warden’s duties:
- Ensure the park grounds are kept to the highest quality and standard for our guests
- Delivering a 'breath of fresh air' experience for our guests through the upkeep of beautiful grounds and gardens, contributing to guest advocacy and customer satisfaction.
- To assist the grounds maintenance team with general duties as and when required.
- Undertake lawn maintenance throughout the park, including, but not limited to mowing, watering, fertilising, and spraying as required.
- Ensuring all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
- Maintaining a presence on the park
- Responding out of hours to all guest queries
- Working under guidance and instruction from the park manager to ensure the effective & efficient operation of the business
- A willingness to attend to any tasks and be prepared to work flexible hours
- Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role
This role may be suitable for a warden couple.
- Reception duties and dealing with general admin/account paperwork
- Cleaning duties when required
- Manning of park shop when required
- To work as part of a team delivering outstanding customer service and standards
- Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role
