- Taking operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards
- Managing team performance to ensure the area exceeds target levels and is within budget on all KPI's
- Stakeholder management and developing best in class "Culture & Engagement" within the team
- Ensuring "best in class" operational performance for the operation

- Experience managing large scale, high volume, fast moving logistics operations
- Stakeholder management experience
- Budget management experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, demanding environment
