We have a number of Base Factory Operative roles available at our Bakkavor Meals Boston site. No experience required - full training will be provided.
- £11.70 p/hr
- Overtime is available at time and a half.

- 3.2.2. Nights 6pm-6am

We manufacture a wide range of high-quality fresh prepared food. Which means, our production lines are non-stop. So, you’ll be kept busy creating our products and making our food. You’ll enjoy plenty of variety too. Whether you’re producing ready meals or adding sauce to pasta, you’ll be right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-pressured environment, helping us to consistently manufacture and deliver to top supermarkets across the UK.
We’re looking for people with drive, motivation, and ambition, rather than any particular qualifications or experience. Full training will be provided. Willing to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, you’ll need to be comfortable wearing PPE. You should also be hard-working, with a keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of English and Maths.
