The Night Warden is responsible for monitoring the facilities, health and safety and responding to the needs of guests and property owners. The Estate Warden must have strong attention to detail, setting an example to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets our resident’s / guests' needs and expectations at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide night cover during the week and during all seasons for the current Night Wardens (4.00pm – 1.00am with on call duties from 1.00am – 7.30am)
Being the main point of contact outside of normal office hours to Habitat First Groups (Habitat Escapes) property owners and guests.
Assist with the additional lifestyle services provided on site.
Walk the Estate a minimum of three times each night shift, observing the area, litter picking and noting and reporting any health & safety issues to the estate management team.
Ensure all tasks on nightly check sheet are completed and signed off.
Provide daily written shift reports to the Line Manager and carry out any administration task as required.
Oversee, make note and act upon any disturbances or noise issues around the Estate.
Ensure that the rules & regulations of the Estate are being upheld by all our residents, rental guests, contractors and associates on-site.
Maintain high standards & quality of service by enforcing organisation standards being personally well presented at all times whilst on duty or in the public areas.

Please note: A DBS check is required for this position due to the estate / holiday environment that we work in.
