Job description
Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting an experienced RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a keen passion for emergency and critical care. You will have a 7 nights on, 14 nights off rota. You will be working alongside a very experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses and reception staff. This is a state of the art 24 hour/365 veterinary practice in South Yorkshire. The hospital was opened in 2002 and offers state of the art facilities including imaging suite, three consult rooms, three theatres as well as in house MRI machines, CT and much more. Previous experience working night shifts is desirable but not mandatory. All the group practices use the same software so case continuity is guaranteed.
Location details: The veterinary hospital is located in Dearne Valley, South Yorkshire along the River Dearne. This is a beautiful countryside region with good connections to nearby cities like Doncaster, Rotherham, Wakefield and Sheffield.
Salary and benefits: Further to fantastic flexibility this position offers. There is on offer a very competitive basic salary up to £65000 per year (pro-rata) as well as a generous yearly accommodation allowance. A car is also provided or allowance as well as generous CPD with two days’ CPD leave and in-house CPD training, 5 weeks annual leave and fantastic career progression and partnership opportunities. There are many other benefits available including paid VDS, RCVS and BVA fees.
We can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.
