A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT TEAM MEMBER AT ALOFT HOTEL LIVERPOOL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Night Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Ensure our guests are looked after during their stay, with a friendly approachable manner.
- Assist the Night Manager with reception desk tasks.
- Setting the meeting rooms ready for the next day.
- Running night audits.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality potential but here are a few of our requirements...
To succeed in the role of Night Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Have a positive can-do attitude.
- Be self motivated, able to work both in a team and individually.
- Have experience working in a nights role.
- Experience working in hospitality is desired, full training will be provided.
