Derbyshire Constabulary are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our innovative Health and Safety Team on a permanent basis. Working within a dedicated team, you will be a self-motivated individual with first class communication and interpersonal skills
You will be involved in the provision of a comprehensive health and safety support service ensuring the Force maintains compliance with all obligations. Balancing the operational priorities in its response role, while minimising the risk to our police officers and staff.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking for variety in your next role, dealing with varied enquiries on all safety related issues, accident investigation, workplace and venue inspections, compiling reports and statistics, developing, and delivering safety training, attendance at exercises or training events your days will never by dull.
