Job description
We are looking for a Night support worker with a great sense of humour, and who is a real team player. Our service is a residential home for individuals with physical and learning disabilities whom require intimate personal care.
You could earn £22,369.00 - £23,194.00 per year, based on 37 hours per week
Chipchase House is a busy and energetic service, full of laughter where no two days are the same. Our team have brilliant relationships with the people we support and take up every opportunity to brighten up their day. The people we support have a wide range of interests from knitting and the cinema right through to loving rock music and high wire diving. We take great pride in being able to support our residents in achieving their goals.
It is important to be a real team player, and having the flexibility with an ability to adapt and respond to evolving situations is an important skill for our team to ensure we maintain the highest level of care. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for providing person centred care and support in an environment which encourages residents to develop and maintain their own skills, to live independently and live a fulfilled life, ensuring that our residents have a safe, caring and positive home environment. This role entails attending to the personal care of the people we support, promoting dignity and respect.
Predominately this role is night shift, however staff may be required to work day shift on occasions.
