We are a large Care company that still manages to maintain that warm family feel, with great support networks to include regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. Honeybourne is a registered care home with 21 beds and currently has 16 lovely people residing with us who receive support from our friendly kind staff team, we would love you to join the team. Honeybourne is set over 2 units. The house where the service users needs are more residential but still require full support in all areas. The Bungalow is a nursing unit where there is a nurse on shift 24/7. The service users needs are more complex and also require support in all areas. We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not:
Staff, with NVQ 2 and experience welcomed, however, if you are looking to make a positive impact on the people’s lives that live with us but have no experience within the care industry, we still want to hear from you to give you the opportunity to join us as full training is provided. We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Our staff, support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviors which may present as challenging.
Our clients require care 24/7 therefore weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, this ensures our clients always receive the support that they need. Shifts are 9 hours (10pm to 7am) on a 36 hours per week contract.
Driving an advantage but not essential
