Job description
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will help customers with their shopping needs by correctly identifying merchandise, locating merchandise on store shelves and scanning items for purchase. The right candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys helping customers - the ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing and enjoys making customers feel special.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Greet and welcome customers to the store.
- Answer customer questions and provide product or service information as required.
- Provide customers with demonstrations and samples of products.
- Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Ensure all transactions meet company standards.
- Follow company price, trade and promotion policies and procedures.
- Work as a team member with other sales associates to meet goals.
