Dream Luxury Serviced Apartments are recruiting for a Night Shift Receptionist/Security to join their team in Liverpool. As a night shift receptionist/security, you will co-ordinate Reception, ensuring all guests needs are met. This role operates Friday's and Saturday's 8pm-8am. You will be required to do floor walks during this time, as well as the following.

• Insurance of smooth arrival and departure service
• Commercially aware sending corporate leads to sales teams
• Excellent phone manner, dealing calls throughout shift
• Complaints handling
• Floor walks to ensure guests are complying with in house rules
• Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required, including 2 hourly floor walks
• Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the reception team training and development efforts
• Demonstrate current knowledge of products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
• Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Competent level of IT Proficiency
• Previous experience in Reception role

Salary: £10.42 per hour
