As a warehouse Night Shift Leader you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of warehouse staff ensuring delivery of high performance levels. Motivate and develop team members to highest possible standards enhancing skills bases, engagement and future growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operational procedures
Resolve immediate operational problems
Achieve set KPI's in terms of productivity
Implement and monitor the effectiveness of the Health and Safety policy
Effectively manage a team of circa 20+ operatives
Assist in recruitment of employees, through interviewing and induction training
Ensure appropriate training is given to current employees
Requirements:
Experience of managing a team of 20+ is essential
Must have worked within a process driven environment
Able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
