As a Night Security Officer, you will ensure to deliver warm, gracious, individual service to every guest following the St. Ermin’s guidelines and procedures as well as the Marriott standards. Embracing and displaying the St Ermin’s culture of Fun, Love and Energy.
What will you be doing?
- Be familiar with the Security checklist to ensure a smooth operation.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly fire safety checklists.
- Monitor the CCTV cameras to ensure the safety of the property.
- Assist with room service orders, housekeeping requests, maintenance requests and any other duties assigned by the Night manager.
- Supervise and manage any deliveries in the absence of the store’s person or the Night manager.
- Work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay.

- the hotel’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures
- the hotel’s facilities and outlets
- the hotel’s operation standards and departmental procedures
