Fahrenheit Security Ltd is currently recruiting for a night security officer to work in Hackney. The role is inclusive of weekend work. Successful candidates will have previous night security experience and a verifiable work history.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have good presentation and be capable of conducting foot patrols at regular intervals. The nature of this role demands the officer to be a good communicator, friendly, capable of lone working and following heath and safety standard operating procedures.
Your duties will include:
- Front of House reception.
- Post room activities.
- Regular foot patrols.
- Incident response and end of shift reporting.
- Visitor management.
- Locking and unlocking of building.
- Computer skills.
Rate:
- £11.50 - £12.00 per hour.
Applicant’s Attributes:
- Excellent appearance. (black well fitted suit, white shirt, black clean smart shoes)
- Reliable and punctual.
- Proficient in written and oral English language.
- Good computer literacy.
- Initiative.
- Has strong work ethics, honesty and integrity.
Essential Requirements:
- Current CCTV license & frontline DS/Security License.
- Verifiable work history in accordance with BS 7858:2012.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Confidence in dealing with the people and good conflict management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate and good written English.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience within the security industry specifically working long nights and living within the vicinity of Hackney.
