About The Role
Arco are currently looking for an experienced Digital UX Designer to join our eCommerce team and help shape the future of Arco’s online experience! The role is a fantastic opportunity to bring your well-honed skills in researching and producing user requirements, prototypes, and production quality visuals that will drive our online sales and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with various teams across the business you will play a key role in identifying, specifying, and launching brand new initiatives and changes on our website and customer portal.
- Supporting the Identification and prioritisation of a roadmap of online capabilities that drive online sales and customer engagement to increase Arco’s market share.
- Producing detailed online experience requirements including specifications (stories), business rules, wireframes and visual designs that articulate the desired Arco online experience/proposition.
- Working with a complex network of senior stakeholders such that they understand the rationale and the value of current and planned digital capabilities.
- Ensuring that new functionality/online capability is properly launched to the market/customers through close collaboration with peers within eCommerce, Marketing, Service and Sales.
- Contributing to the development of deep and robust business cases in support of future capabilities ensuring that the financial value of each initiative is aligned with the Head of eCommerce (and appropriately built into budgets and financial plans)

About you:
- Extensive experience optimising websites and digital products in the eCommerce space
- Expert level knowledge in Adobe CC and a primary prototyping tool such as Axure, Figma or similar
- Knowledge of Jira and agile development process would be beneficial but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate both a creative ability in design teamed with an analytical ability in creating detailed written user requirements, data requirements and dependencies. - Ability to demonstrate experience of working with others in diverse environments solving tough business problems with smart UX solutions
- As well as demonstrating creative authority and command of details, you will be comfortable promoting business benefits of your ideas to senior stakeholders
