About the Role:
- Respond to emergency call bells and identify if family members or emergency services are needed
- Deliver great customer service to residents and their families
- Answer questions and queries via the telephone and face-to-face

Shifts:
- Week 1: Monday & Friday 10.00pm to 8.00am
- Week 2: Saturday & Sunday 10.00pm to 8.00am
- Week 3: Tuesday & Thursday 10.00pm to 8.00am
About you:
- Confident with lone working
- Effective communication skills
- A passion for excellent customer service
