Requirements:
As a Night Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Security of building and guests
- Managing fire safety in an emergency situation
- General administarion duties
- Cleaning all public areas
- Taking telephone calls
- Ensuring exceptional standards of customer service.
We are looking for someone who is able to work between the hours of 8pm and 8am on a 4 on 4 off basis.
Your duties will include keeping the outside and public areas of the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day’s events. This will include administration, cleaning, tidying and general maintenance, as well as any guests needs throughout the night.
The ideal person will have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position in customer service or hotels, where they can be trusted to work unsupervised and be proactive in keeping busy.
Our most sucessful Night Receptionist is someone who understands the impact that their role has on overall guest experience, is a team player who takes great pride in delivering professional, friendly and personalised service, and who is an effective communicator.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
- Completion of statutory fire and security checks.
- Completion of daily hand over procedures in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Ensuring all corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure whilst conducting safety floor checks during the night.
- Completion of all relevent training
- Ensuring a high degree of guest care
- Being our guests’ main point of contact overnight
- Being responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Processing guest payments
- Responding to guest requests and queries.
