Strand Palace is hiring a Night Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, payments, and night audits.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors to the hotel, delivering excellent customer service and providing all the relevant information they need for their stay.
- Assist the Night Manager in dealing with all emergency/crisis situations within the hotel at night, acting as the first point of contact for guests and emergency services as per the Hotel’s emergency procedures.
- Manage arrivals and departure process professionally and in accordance with the Hotel’s Policy, ensuring payments and billings are correct.
- Ensure all administration and night audit reports are completed to the hotel and departmental standards.
- Ensure all cash, credit card takings, and night shift banking are balanced in accordance with the Hotel’s policy.
