You will carry out all the functions of a personalised and warm welcome, in the image of SmartHostels:
- Preparation of arrivals, check in & check out of individual and group clients, telephone switchboard, handling client requests, etc.
- Also group arrivals for the next day, as preparing the information paper and key card
- Be responsible for the quality of customer follow-up: you will be responsible for the customer situations and will report information to your hierarchy (incidents, complaints, remarks or customer feedback, etc.).
- You manage your cash receipts and are responsible for your cash register; you also check all existing accounts + the balances if necessary £££
- Go around the hostel to make sure evrything is good
- Respond to all guest complaints in a caring and empathetic manner.Always love our guests.
- Do the no show report
- Comply with your responsibilities in relation to Fire, Health and Safety.
