THE ROLE
As Night Receptionist you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests at night. Your tasks as Night Receptionist will include but will not be limited to:
- To create a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for our guests.
- Be accustomed or adaptable to working evening shifts; 4 on; 4 off.
- To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
- To answer any questions or queries regarding check in/check out times, room availability, hotel services etc.
- Thorough knowledge of OPERA and ensure all guest information is captured.
- Anticipates guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a receptionist role
- Strong command of English.
