What you will do as a Night Receptionist
- Be the first smiling face that our guests see welcoming them to the hotel
- You’ll handle check-ins/check-outs, answering the telephone, there will be cash handling and dealing with general requests and inquiries from internal and external customers
- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises to maximize hotel sales
- Be able to operate the hotels front office systems “Opera”
- Ensure that all charges are correctly posted to the guests’ bills following the standard procedures
