What You’ll Do
To maintain a safe and secure hotel for all guests and associates. To ensure the highest level of service is delivered to all guests during the night. To ensure that standards are maintained and improved where possible. The jobholder must be fully conversant with company policies and procedures and ensure that these are adhered to. To actively contribute to achieving the targets set for the Front Office Balanced Scorecard and Guest Satisfaction Survey results
Act as a confident role model for all new team members whilst taking a hands on approach.
Work with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date
Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency Ensure that any Food & Beverage operations are supervised including bar closures
Operate the telephone switchboard station at the reception and process requests for wake up calls, and advise guest of any messages whilst assigning guests room and check-ins Create a fantastic environment for customers and team members to relax and enjoy their stay with us.
Support the management team to deliver consistently high standards.
